Demonoid, perhaps the most beloved bittorrent tracker of all time has returned from the ashes in a new D2 (demonoid 2) beta format on the d2.vu domain.

Past members are being notified via email that they can reclaim their accounts on the new site which is intact, constructed from a backup copy of the complete database. Even torrents uploaded many years ago are still listed so everyone should flock back and help the site get back up and running.

However, it's not open to new members, nor is it open to the public, but the new admin team is hoping to restore it to it's once great status and is hoping some/all the original admins will return.

All I can think to say is... Welcome Back Demonoid!!!
