ranosb
Does your modem plug into your cable wire or does it plug into a cable box? Cable splits to a two-way, one split goes directly to a tv cable box, the other goes directly to the modem Edited August 29, 2014 by ranosb (see edit history)

The UnUsual Suspect
If the info you've provided is correct then you are definitely behind a router. The only ISPs that I've seen who put users behind a NAT are mobile broadband like cellular connections. If your cable company has you behind a router that's under their control, then that is the first time I've seen it, but it wouldn't surprise me. I suggest you ask them where your computers ip address is coming from since it doesn't match your wan IP.
