Due to the vast number of free-trial users when our VIP service originally launched, the servers were becoming overloaded and unresponsive, therefore, not providing quality service for neither our free, nor our paid users. We have found it necessary to put a limit on free users until the kinks and bugs are worked out of the system, and we can provide a positive experience for all users. Currently you will need 40,000 points to activate the free trial. We have lowered this limit from 80,000 initially and hope to lower it further after VIP moves out of Beta Testing phase.
