Couldn't succeed with Port Forwarding

Hello everyone, I've tried already reading all kinds of posts and guides all around the web but I couldn't get my port opened lol.

I've followed a guide in portforward.com, still my port is closed.

1) BitComet 1.40

2) I'm not sure what kind of internet connection I have.

3) Router: Dlink DSL-6850u, a VDSL modem + router given by Israeli telecom provider Bezeq.

5) Windows 10 64Bit, Eset Smart Security 9.

I tried forwarding port 27225, made exceptions and rules in ESS9, turning on uPnP in my router and enabling it in ESS9 and Windows.

I have a local static IP, but my remote IP is changing, is that okay?

UPnP

UPnP mapping does not work in all cases; you might need to forward your port manually.

Follow this tutorial to forward your port on your router: https://www.youtube....h?v=HGPrN62QTZw -- if you say you already have a static IP, you can skip some steps: https://youtu.be/HGPrN62QTZw?t=190

PS: Make sure you forward for both TCP and UDP. Also, restart BitComet to validate the new settings.

Internet Connection

Please do some research, and tell us what kind of internet connection you have. It is crucial, as this might be a reason for your ports to be able to be forwarded or not.

Hmm... Modem... According to this article, your modem is incorporated within your router, is that correct?

I'm not sure what kind of internet connection I have.

The easiest way of doing this is to call your ISP and ask them directly...they should be able to tell you if you have (for example) an ADSL connection, or a 3G/4G WiFi connection, fiber optic... :)
