Bypass Tethering SIM Mobile data download issue

I use EasyTether Pro on my android phone to share internet connection to my computer to download some files.
However, the average download speed is less than 10 kB/s.
When I use hotspot to my computer, the speed will rise to 500kB/s but my data plan has 10GB limited sharing data through hotspot.
Any solution🙏?
