Han Li
Hi, I would like to request BitComet to have the ability to remove unreachable trackers after a set number of Retries in the Options/Advanced Tab. By default, if a Tracker cannot be reached after 5 retries, it should remove it from the Tracker List. This will prevent unnecessary network traffic trying to reach a Tracker that is down or due to other reasons.
Rhubarb
Trackers are normally installed via the torrent site. It's not possible to edit those manually.
Han Li
Currently, using version 1.98, you can Click on the Trackers tab of an active download task to see the trackers list. Bitcomet since version 1.78 has added the ability to remove all unreachable trackers after a default (3) number of retries via the right click on the Trackers tab. I am just asking this to be automated so that I don't have to manually do this for each download task. Instead, a thread can run on a timed schedule (assume 30 seconds) and remove any tracker that is unreachable after the configured number of retries in the Options/Advanced tab.
