Serciço de disco BitComet

Oi tudo bem? 

No meu BitComet quando eu abro ele aparecece 03 janelas de erros quando eu ciclo em ok na primeira janela e as mensagens dessas três janelas são: 

Na Janela 01: O serviço de impulso de disco BitComet não foi instalado. A velocidade de escrever disco será mais lenta quando o arquivo baixar. Quer conserta - lo.

Na janela 02: Deseja permitir que este aplicativo de um fornecedor desconhecido faça alterações no seu dispositivo? Nome do aplicativo: BitCometService.exe

Na Janela 03: Falha ao iniciar o BitComet disk boost service! 

Poderiam me ajudar com esse meu problema por favor se não for pedir muito por gentileza?

On my BitComet, when I open it, three error windows appear when I click OK in the first window and the messages in these 
three windows are:

In Window 01: The BitComet disk boost service has not been installed. 
The disk writing speed will be slower when the file downloads. Want to fix it?

In window 02: Do you want to allow this application from an unknown vendor to make changes to your device? 
Application name: BitCometService.exe

In Window 03: Failed to start BitComet disk boost service!

Could you please help me with my problem, if it's not too much to ask, please?
