XSTREM
What are you talking about? The Bittorrent network dosen't have any central server like HTTP. It only have a tracker that provides different IPs to you. It's a P2P network, and that means that there are a lot of people that are sharing a file. When you have downloaded 100% of that file, you will share it too. (This is called "Seeding"). An issue about a slow download speed as this is not related to the BitComet client, but the torrent and tracker. It sounds like you have gotten a torrent without many seeders. Right now you're a "leecher", but when you have downloaded it 100%, you're "seeder", and don't delete the torrent. If you share to a U/D ratio of 1.1 before you delete your torrent file, you are keeping the torrent healthy. Please read this, if you want to learn more about the BitTorrent P2P "network": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bittorrent
