I have used bit comet for some time now, but I changed providers from Sympatico (and at that time I ran with a router) to now I'm with Cogeco Cable (and no router)..I also upgraded bit comet to the 0.70. Now my download speeds are at 10 kbs or lower...nothing higher...this is what i get. Default tracker optimization rules file loaded. IP rules file: ipfilter.dat loaded, 0 entries.
