crypted
I've had a problem with BitComet in that when downloading torrents, my internet becomes useless. Torrents continue to download, but the problem is that I can't use IRC, AIM, email, or browse websites with BitComet downloading at the same time. I have changed the maximum half connections to over 50,000 for Windows XP using a TCPIP tweak and still it continues to be a problem. It seems though that it is related to congestion in the connections being allocated by BitComet, I'm just not sure. Any suggestions?
kluelos
This is often seen when you don't cap your global maximum upload bandwidth. Check the Settings guide in the Guides and How-To's forum for detailed info on how to set this properly.
crypted
I have it capped at 12Kbp/s and my actual connection can handle 25Kbp/s so it shouldn't be that.

Why on earth would you do that? Set that back to eight or just un-install that all together. The 3rd party LvlLord patche is over a year old. It does not work right with Windows anymore.
