FigureFour
Seriously, my download speeds usually stay at around 1-3 kb/s. I'm 99% sure it's not my router, I've configured it properly before and it's still configured the same. I've even tried turning off the firewall entirely but can't seem to change anything. It's not the Windows firewall, because I'm sunning Win 2k. What else could be limiting my download/upload speeds?
Dark_Shroud
Your ISP might be throttleing you. Try turning the encryption to "auto-detect" and see what it does. Also, what firewall are you using?

Gucio
What is your upload speed limit ?, try to put around 80% of your connection speed if that doesn't help try with connection limits in BtComet options, if you are alone on your internet line try with 50 or max 100 per task (ofcourse it depends on how many tasks u run).
