The UnUsual Suspect
this is most often caused by your upload bandwidth being maxed out with data. I suggest you set your max upload to about 80% of its full speed, this will allow your client to respond faster, and can greatly increase your download speed. However, it is VERY importand you continue to upload after your download finishes, to at least a 1.0 ratio. Bit torrent cannnot work if each person doesn't do their part in seeding. Also, when download is complete, you should then "uncap" your upload rate to run at its full speed. This should help. Suspect ps. With bit torrent, you "pay" for your download by providing upload to others, so be sure to do your part.
mcscrawl
Thanks, Ive capped my upload rate and left the download rate on no limit but for some reason its still uploading about five to ten times as fast at all times, so its uploaded more than the size of the file while im still waiting for it to download.
