jagirdar
Why is it that most movie files download with Audio Layer MPEG Layer-3 format, while other movie files, dont have this component, when you right click on > properties >summary. Should all movie files (divx) be downloaded with this? what if it doens't download with the movie?
The UnUsual Suspect
there are many different encoding formats. If you have a good assortment of codecs, all should play fine. I'm not sure if this is what you are asking, in fact, I'm not at all sure what your asking, but all downloaded movies DO NOT have the same encoding. There are many thousands of people making these movies with different software encoders, so there will be different video/audio codecs needed to play them Suspect
kluelos
The question does seem a little strange, maybe just a misunderstanding. There are no "partial" downloads like you're imagining. There aren't different audio or encoding options, there's only what was put into the torrent, and you get all of it or none of it. If there's no MP3 encoding, then whoever encoded the movie didn't use it or stripped it out or whatever -- but it never made it into the torrent so you can't somehow dowload it.
