bitcometeer Posted August 29, 2006 Share Posted August 29, 2006 I am using 0.70 on C:\program files\bt\ all my dl go to D:\ my entire C:\ corrupted, hdd fail. I got a new hdd now, and installed window XP, and installed Bitcomet 0.70 question; how do i resume back all the .bc! files in D drive. pls help, thanks in advance, thanks a billion. The UnUsual Suspect Posted August 29, 2006 Share Posted August 29, 2006 If you want all your downloads saved to your "D" drive, then click on "preferences" Then "tasks" Then default download location, then simply set to where you partial downloads are located. bitcometeer Posted September 15, 2006 Author Share Posted September 15, 2006 i have done exactly what you guys have suggested thanks. now that the new WindowsXP is installed, i installed bitcomet also under c:\program files\bitcommet I have re-define the default dl path; options>preferences>task (default download path is d:\download) I have succesfully dled a few movies using that setting. Next, i 'copied' all the .bc! files (from crashed HDD) into the new hdd (d:\download) i restart my PC. i can see the partially files i am currently dling. but bitcomet unable to see/resume the 'copied' .bc! files. what am i doing wrong here? please help, and thanks in advance.
