Is this a bug?

I am using BitComet v0.56 in my WinXP SP2 Home Edition.

This was my first time downloading files using BitComet in winXP.

When I was downloading a set of files (20 files totally),

I noted that 3081% was shown under the Health Column.

I would expect to see 100% if the files are healthy, and 0% for completely not workable.

Please tell if this was a bug in BC v0.56 version!

This number is the sum of per cent (%) numbers of all peers and seeds on torrent. So for example if there are 4 seeders with 100% and one peer with 7% downloaded the health of torrent is 407%. Maybe it's more comlicated in other cases when there are no seeders, but you have a rough idea now.

I thought the same thing so this:

is not a bug and it is normal.

And this:

is wrong. This health is not for the health of the files (working or not working), but for a statistical seeding (amount completed) info.

That's why I asked my question.
