bitdave
First of all if your on a DSL connection go ahead and bump your upload cap up to a nice even 32 KB/s. Now is it slow for all torrents or just the one your downloading now??? -If it's slow for all torrents then maybe your ISP filters p2p traffic, in which case you should have Encryption set to Always enabled. -If it's slow for just this torrent then it is most likely that particular torrent. What is the seed / peer ratio??? Also how much of the file do most of the peers have compared to what you have???
Dark_Shroud
And make sure you're using one of these 3 versions 0.68, 0.64, or 0.63. Start with the newest and work your way down. :)
