nitramarie_08 Posted September 26, 2006 Share Posted September 26, 2006 omg please help please..Ok i downloaded some movies thru bitcomet..and there on 100% now..so i tried to play the movie thru windows media player and it says this " "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." ...it wont play anything i downloaded off bitcomet... and when i try to burn the movie to a disk using nero 7 ultra edition, it says this "unable to insert c:// etc....." u get the point.. and the file even looks like this still "+-mininova[1].org-+ Lucky.Number.Slevin.DVDSCR.XviD-NeDiVx.[www.descargasweb.net].torrent :angry: or like this too C:\Program Files\BitComet\Downloads\Hostel.2005.UNRATED.RETAIL.DVDRip.XviD-iMBT :( please how do i burn bitcomet movies to a disk???????????omg please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." ...it wont play anything i downloaded off bitcomet... and when i try to burn the movie to a disk using nero 7 ultra edition, it says this "unable to insert c:// etc....." u get the point.. and the file even looks like this still "+-mininova[1].org-+ Lucky.Number.Slevin.DVDSCR.XviD-NeDiVx.[www.descargasweb.net].torrent :angry: or like this too C:\Program Files\BitComet\Downloads\Hostel.2005.UNRATED.RETAIL.DVDRip.XviD-iMBT :( please how do i burn bitcomet movies to a disk???????????omg please help for your first problem you probably don't have the right codecs installed on your computer. you can download cccp or klite for free off the web (just google them as i am too stupid to figure out how to add links to my posts!). now for your second question. when you open nero 7 and it asks what you want to do i find it is faster and easier to make either a DATA CD or a DATA DVD. with a data cd you get 1 movie. a data dvd can have about 5 movies. i suggest going with a data cd first just to see if your dvd player can play them. if all else fails you can make a dvd movie with nero. this will take your avi file and convert it back to dvd format and then burn to disc, unfortunately this takes a couple of hours and you have to use dvdr discs and then they only hold one movie. p.s. when you search for torrents look up aXXo instead of the title of the movie. i know for a fact he does good work ripping movies. nothing against the other files you have but i know axxo does great work, he's all i use! By which I mean did u open the torrent and tick what u want to download and untick what you don't want to download? Because I also got the same problem, I used the 'download in parts' option with which u can download what ever you want first from the torrent file by ticking and unticking respectively. I was downloading Prison Break season 1 torrent, I decided to download the first episode, downloaded, worked, downloaded the second episode and that did not work, gave the same error as your files are giving, I tried working the file in every possible media player but to no avail, finally I just redownloaded the file and voila, it starts working.
