newkillah Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 yup that's how it is. if u still want your download speed to be faster then u just have to change ur preferences. u can put a limit on your upload rate, but that wouldn't be nice because u wouldn't share that much files. hope it helps!
