kluelos
Assuming this is an incomplete download, you will need to find the .torrent file on your hard disk and reload it. From the BitComet toolbar, click "Open", and you'll get a file dialogue pointing to your default torrent directory. Look there for the torrent file, select it, and click OK to re-add it. Your setting should default to "download" and "start now" in the next dialogue. Just click OK to restart the torrent. If you moved the downloaded files, you will have the opportunity in this dialogue to change the download location, so navigate to wherever you put the files and set that as the download location.
