The UnUsual Suspect Posted October 22, 2006 Share Posted October 22, 2006 If you don't have any remote connections, then something is blocking your listening port, and your download speeds will suffer. This is usually cause when your router is not forwarding your listening port. It could also be your firewall blocking it as well. Portforward.com has guides for forwarding your port for most routers.
