Dante177
I had nothing bad so far with the .73 version. I downloaded about 5 torrents with it. And also downloading HOW TO DRAW MANGA torrent. That one has no peers (OMFG! SO ANNOYING!) and I dont wanna restart it (I know the files I have downloaded will stay but will the files that are at 50% and 90%, will they get erased?). So should I get .70 now or later or never?
The UnUsual Suspect
you will not lose any partial downloaded files by changing versions, as long as you don't delete your download folder. Just make sure they are in your default download folder when you start the newly installed version and it will scan (rehash) the file/s and continue download. If it doesn't, then stop torrent and do a manual rehash (right click menu). However, if there are no seeders, then that torrent will not finish. As for going back to version .70, we only recommend this to users who have a problem with the new client, as we are not able to resolve many of the issues (at this time), but by all means feel free to continue to use it, if it works for you. You may even want to try version .75, since .73 seems to be ok on your system. Suspect
Dante177
Hmmm thx. I just wish there was some peers that will connect. 1 is connected but he was sence day 1 and he hasnt gives eneve 1 byte. And some are in the dead status, is there a way to remove the dead status and try to connect to them?
The UnUsual Suspect
I think your best bet would be to visit the trackers web site/forum and request someone to seed the torrent. It's possible the seeder/s showing are running multiple torrents, therefore giving almost zero upload to any one peer. If it was upto me, I would not let users run more then one or two torrents at a time, because this is the result. Keep this in mind when you are seeding, and do them one at a time. Dante177
TY! but how do I find out the seeders forum? You mean the client they are using or go to the torrent site find the torrent and look at the info? (I just use torrent finder but I end up using iso hunt or whatrever the first one is because its the easyest, for me that is)
The UnUsual Suspect
you can look at the tracker, and sometimes find their forum with a web search. Once you find the site the torrent was first listed on, you can often post a comment (after registering), and ask for a reseed. It will then be expected that you be availble to seed the torrent for at least a few weeks (if needed). Suspect
