Odie99
Any one has the problems with Rogers recently? The speed is so slow. Port 1720 seems to be restricted too. Any suggestion. Cheers.
Dark_Shroud
With Rogers, you should set the encryption option to always. And watch your tracker connections. If you can't connect to a tracker then try using a secure proxy for "tracker communication" only. As for ports, that only worked until they finished getting their VoIP set up. Use a port above 50,000. You should really just get a new ISP, Rogers throttles everything. BT is legal and is used in a lot of companies now. If you play World of Warcraft call them up and complain that you can't get your updates. WoW uses bt for their patches and other updates. Also tell them you couldn't buy legal movies from Warner Brothers because of this. And if you cancel on them let the know it was because of bittorrent, a legal p2p program.
