KimCroydon
I'm trying to download a video file. When I click "Preview video file" a message pops up saying "Preview: Unsupported Media file format". Does that mean I am downloading something that my computer won't even allow me to play once it is finished downloading?

The UnUsual Suspect
previewing a partial download is not always possible, and will never work at beginning of download. I personally don't use it, but as download progresses, your chances of it working get better. also, if you provide the file names, we can assist you better, or provide a link to the download page where you got the torrent, and I can tell you more.
