For the port issues, it's telling you

I Found a Problem

I fixed the problem.

For the UPnP and ICS issues, Google is your friend. (What is ICS? Should you care about it? What's a UPnP device? Do you have any?)

The lack of remote connections indicates that you have a firewall blocking your listen port (or have set it to NO LISTEN PORT).

The speedtouch 530 is a combination router and modem. That's important because most plain modems do not have built-in firewalls and don't need to be configured. Yours, being a router too, does.

The owners manual will tell you how to access its configuration software. Your first step should always be to read the manual. You can find specific instructions for yours and for most other common routers, at www.portfoward.com
