The UnUsual Suspect
Your post is quite confusing, but I can tell you that what you have is a multiple part compressed archive. Use WinRar to decompress the files. In most cases you only need to open the first part, and the rest will follow. Mdf/Mds work together to make a disc image. This can be burnt by Alcohol 120% or mounted in a virtual cdrom drive with either alcohol or deamon tools. I also recommend you go into "folder options" and disable the option to "hide file extensions for known file types", then click "apply to all folders". I think the first parts of this archive are hiding the file extensions and making your post hard for readers to understand. Suspect ps. use Google to find WinRar, they have a free trial version.
