[Only connected <40 peers] :(

Hi, currently i m facing a strange problem:

Although i set my "connection keep per task"=100 and "Maximum connection per task"=150

But the torrent still downloading at "3seeds/30-50peers" over "3seeds/1000++peers", and obviously will affect my speed :(

Not only one torrent, i had tried many task, but the same thing occur..

I had also view the GUIDE provided in Forum, but this problem r not mentioned..

Anyone know wat really is the problem??

Although I don't understand your question, I will point out that you should upgrade to the current stable version of BitComet, v0.70
