Cant connect at all... please hv a look

It was working fine until somedays ago. Here is what on Logs screen. Please kindly give me some suggestions.

Default tracker optimization rules file loaded.

IP rules file: ipfilter.dat loaded, 0 entries.

Start Listening at TCP Port:18724

Start Listening at UDP Port:18724

BitComet 0.70 is running on:

CPU : Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.00GHz 2992 MHz

RAM size : 502.16 MB

OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)

Windows XP ICF Status: Firewall TCP port is opened.[로컬 영역 연결]

Windows XP ICF Status: Firewall UDP port is opened.[로컬 영역 연결]

Windows XP ICF Status: Firewall TCP port is opened.[1394 연결 2]

Windows XP ICF Status: Firewall UDP port is opened.[1394 연결 2]

Windows XP WF Status: TCP Port is opened in Windows Firewall.

Windows XP WF Status: UDP Port is opened in Windows Firewall.

The log isn't any help. More information is needed. Are you able to connect with any trackers, or are they giving you error messages, and if so, what messages? What exactly do you mean by "unable to download", what, specifically, is not happening that used to happen?
