gen_hazzard
My windows can't completely defrag! It keeps popping out a message that it can't perform defrag because of certain files. As i view the defrag report, it displays files that is in the BitComet directory like incomplete downloads and some complete downloads. Can somebody help me fix this problem. Screencap: Note: Before I perform defrag, I disconnected my internet line since, as far as i know windows defrag won't work.
The UnUsual Suspect
I partially downloaded file cannot be defraged. It's place on the hard drive has to remaim unchanged until it is finished. Complete your downloads, then do your defrag. :)

CSX
Windows cannot defrag files that are in use. On the screenshot BitComet is running, so it is reading and writing the files. Windows Defrag cannot access these files as long as bitcomet is using them. It is no issue with BitComet, every running program will do that.
