Roy_K
Hi, I whish to know which port is used for Bitcomet. or where can i see that info in the program itself. I need to know the port so I can forward it in my router's NAT configurations, so I can download faster. Thanks a lot, Roy K
Jago
I think, there is not a specific port to forward neither in BitComet nor in other softwares. So you can chose the one that you want. However, it is recommended to chose one >50 000.

Soraiya
Hi Roy, You can do this by opening BitComet --> Options (located on the middle top) --> Preferences --> In the bottom section of the preferences Under Listening Port - you should see BitComet's Listening Port. In there, type any port between 50000 to 65000. Be sure that the checkbox for Listening Port is clicked. Once you've inputted the port number. Click Ok. If your client accidentally had the checkbox "No Listening port - this will make your downloads slower", change the checkbox to "Listening Port"
