I'm able to download using bitComet but other software all not able to work. If i close my bitcomet, then other online software able to connect. I follow all the step in Up to date BitComet Speed Guide under How to and setup the listen port in port forwarding. My version of BitCom is 0.61. I'm using D-link-500T. Please advice. The UnUsual Suspect Posted November 19, 2006 Share Posted November 19, 2006 Please make only one change at a time, but another thing I would try is to bypass your router, connecting direct to your modem to see if the problem is your router, or its settings. I'm not sure about that model, but I suspect (by the model number) that its an older model, so there is likely a firmware update. I will also add that dlinks tech support has always been willing to help with such issues, even if its an older model, or even purchased second hand.
