cassie
Hi, Since you keep saying that you are a new user, have you read through and followed the "New to BitTorrent" Guide (It's in the Guides and How-To's Section)? Since BitComet is a free client that offers free support, I suggest that you put forth a minimum amount of effort at your end and, actually bother to look for, read and learn from the many excellent Guides that are provided and available to all users. A lot of hard work and effort has been put into creating these Guides, so that users - new and not-so-new - may learn from them and be able to answer most of their own questions. If after reading them, you still have issues, THEN post a comment/question providing as much information as possible. cassie :)

The UnUsual Suspect
Running a speed test is part of the settings guide If you had followed the settings guide, then you would know this. Go to our tutorials section, look for "setting guide", and follow each step. If you continue to have problems, then reply here with your results from testing your internet connection, both upload and download. Then also include what setting you used for each section.
