i cant start a download that was allready in progress

I was downloading something when a powerout occured. When I put my system online again I couldn't start the task that was running before the powerout. Why is that? I am using BitComet 0.70 on OS Win XP SE SP 2.

Hi,

When you rebooted your system (I assume that this occurred, after the power-out), did you do a hash-check on your downloading file? Select the file, press "Stop", right-click "manual hash check" -- > this should bring your download to the same point (percentage) that it was at before the power interruption--> then press "Start". Your download should just pick up where it last left off.

If this is not what you mean, in your post, please describe exactly what you did and the results of your actions.
