Request: Handle invalid file names

BitComet v0.77

This request is to enable BitComet to handle invalid file names

Specifically, torrent files with a colon ' : ' in the torrent name (not checked within filenames)

This causes problems when the torrent is created in the torrent sub-folder - BitComet attempts to create the files, which does not work.

Also, deleting the file from within BitComet does not delete the entry from downloads.xml, so this must be manually amended to allow the torrent to be readded.
