jessicathedancer
In other programs, after you download something, you double click on it, and it starts playing it. When I double click my file in this program, it "starts", I guess uploading. Whats going on? Do I need to start it or not? Right now Im just clicking on preview to see my videos. The UnUsual Suspect
Hi Jessica, We would need to know exactly what files you downloaded to help you. Once download is complete, and you have continued seeding till your ratio is above 1.0, then bit comet has done it's job. You can then use your files that are in your download folder. If you tell us exactly what files you have, we can help you further. Suspect ps. I will likely move this out of this section, since it doesn't seem to relate to Bit Comet, rather in using files that you downloaded.
kluelos
Bittorrent isn't anything like other downloads, either in concept or in execution. A .torrent file is a list of instructions telling the bittorrent client how to transfer the contents of the torrent. The .torrent file opens inside the bittorrent client. It's the contents of the torrent, after that's been transferred, that you can open and watch or listen to or play or whatever. But the .torrent file itself is of use only to a bittorrent client, not to you.
