ijusth
I looked at my settings and it shows 99 tasks and no limit yet it seems I can only ge 10 downloads going at one time. Is it possible that this is a limit from the sending site (all my downloads are from them)?
kluelos
Please post a question once and only once. Multiple postings serve no purpose except to annoy. Running that many torrents at once, or even anything approaching that many tasks, deprives all of them of sufficient bandwidth to do anything at all. You have basically strangled them all as they try to compete for limited resources, and you impair your ability to upload as well. If you don't upload, no other client will agree to trade pieces with you, further damaging your download speed. They will all mark you as a slow or unreliable connection. You should never run anything close to 10 tasks at once. Depending on your bandwidth, and providing you're watching it closely, three or four slow tasks (counting seeding tasks) would be a maximum, and you should not run more than two tasks if you aren't constantly monitoring your bandwidth.
