akijikan
I'm uploading at full universal limit (35 KB). My universal download doesn't seem to go above that...is it 1:1?
The UnUsual Suspect
Bit torrent protocol will give more download to those that upload the highest. However, if your upload is set too high, your client will be slow to respond for requests, and this will result in slow speeds. I suggest you go through our settings guide, and be sure to set your max upload to about 80%. This will leave enough "overhead" for communication. Also, if your connection isn't very fast, then you should disable "DHT" unless you actually need it (when tracker is offline). Suspect
akijikan
Thanks, the guide was my second step after installation. It's a great tool. Following your suggestion of DHT and it looks like that's making difference. Now downloads seem to be at a 1.5:1 ratio.
