nadia rafeq
Hi Where do I put the Ipfilter.dat file. In eMule you can select the ipfilter but I didn't see any ipfilter option in BitComet. How do you configure ipfilter.dat. Take care
bitdave
First make sure you're using v0.70 In Bitcomets options you need to enable the IPfilter You need to place your ipfilter.dat file (the same one that emule uses) in the Rules folder that is in Bitcomets main folder. Thats it. Now, I would recommend that you forget about using the IPfilter and instead download peerguardian

Can you please let me know where is the ipfilter option in BitComet. Take care
bitdave
the ipfilter option has been removed in recent versions of Bitcomet That is why I said first you should be using v0.70 If you want to continue using v0.79, then do what I suggested and use peerguardian2 instead of an ipfilter
