weaver599
Hi there. I've just downloaded BC 0.69 via torrent (http://download.bitcomet.com/achive/BitComet_0.69_setup.exe.torrent) and installed it. After running the exe file, a dialog window appears with information, that application cannot be run, because it's configuration is improper. Reinstalled 0.69 few times and it didn't help. Any ideas ? (0.67 still works properly)

Firing it up using the Start Menu alias resulted in the error message mentioned above. Warm rebooted. Didn't work. Uninstalled and reïnstalled. Didn't do the job even not after a cold reboot. Installed the program on the suggested spot in stead of on a different hard disk. Didn't work. Uninstalled everything. Cleaned the registry. Rebooted and installed it again. 0.69 did not want to work. Uninstalled 0.69 and reinstalled 0.68. Started up as usual and works fine. (...) Geh
Just updated to .70, seems to be ok so far. Hoping for the best since it's been a while since i updated (stability issues with some of the newer versions past .64).
