Problem with my bitcomet

I recently changed my modem. Since then, my bitcomet refused to download anything, or at an extremly slow pace. Previously I was enjoying close to 100kb/s. but now, it's like it wouldn't connect, and download from anywhere.

And on the KB/s up section of the download screen, is always shows <100.

Even with torrents that I know have plenty of seeds, not one have shown up on my Bitcomet... It always shows 0 seeds... though there are plenty of Peers. I have no problem with using the internet in general.

Is there anything anyone can do to help with this problem of mine?
