I can not open it with Windows Media player neither VLC player. Where is the problem? In codecs ? When you have the full file downloaded it will change extension to *.avi or appropriate format. Check your filesize and compare with torrent filesize. If it is an mpeg or avi you've downloaded you should still be able to open the file with VLC (even though it still is in bc! format. If any piece of file was downloaded, filesizes are equal, just missing/incomplete parts in .bc! are substituted with 0's instead of missed original data. The rest is correct; I'd add that incomplete (to some point) .mp3, .wav and possibly other sound files can be played too (checked by me with Winamp).
