for those that remember, ive done a release of this php script for v0.85b just now. not much changed mainly just added links to show just complete or incomplete torrents

and can someone tell me if the Downloads.xml file bitcomet uses is getting updated every 5 mins again like it used to or if its still only when you start or stop a torrent or close bitcomet?
