Problem with my downloads

Before i will start to talk i will let you see the problem :lol:

as you can see i download last night 3.61 gb and the all file size is 3.15 and even that i download 3.61 its write that just 10.9% of the download is down :blink: .

So whats the problem here??

And how can i solve her?
