Autorun doesn't work

Hello

changed operating system to Win 10 and installed bitcomet 1.71

I'm not able to start the program when windows start. The box "start when windows start" is checked.... I saw the program

In task manager-> start I see the program and it is enable.... I tries also to place it in autorun folder  (shell:startup) but anyway it doesn't start

I'm the administrator of the pc (the only user)....  What can I do?

It won’t show on the task bar unless you open it in start menu (but it’s actually running as a background app)
