Download speed ultimately depends on the swarm – the other people who are uploading and downloading, trading pieces of this torrent, and how connectable you are to them, If you have followed the FAQ and settings guide to make sure you are doing everything you can on your end, then you have done all you can.
If the swarm for a particular torrent is very small, then your download speed will probably be very slow.
