I’m connected to net by dsl 256 but I’m not the Internet gateway … I have router also

the download speed in bitcomet or any other torrent programes are 1.5kb/s or 2/kb

why ??? and how can i solve this problem

by the way th download by DAP is 30 Kbps

You need to portforward your router.

Look in the Guides and HOWTO section for help with portforwarding and with your settings
