Why I cannot find enable torrent exchange? I had enable DHT Network but cannot find the selection to enable torrent exchange.
More information would be useful on your part, but without knowing anything about your computer or what version your updating from, my best guess is that your using simplified Chinese version in which case it was removed several versions ago for legal reasons.
