This is a new feature that is being introduced, and at last report, is only available in Chinese.
I don’t know much about it, but its NOT spyware, or anything bad.
It is still under development and hopefully we will have full details when its introduced in English.
ps. I just spoke with Aimee today, and this is available for english users, however, there have been nothing to speak of that it can be used for at the moment. What exactly it evolves into, is still under development, but we will be kept informed.
In the meantime, members can register, and reserve their desired username.
