I’m sorry but I do not understand your question. Could you please explain what you mean?
We have on occasion had forum members help to beta test, but there are no major developments underway at the moment, but whenever a beta version is released it will be available on bitcomet.com. All alpha builds are tested internally, not even forum staff has access to them.
Anyone is welcome to test and report bugs here in the forum, any we can verify (reproduce) are passed on to development.

1.29 was released in 2011. All versions can be downloaded here…
