I think I2P support for BitComet should be implemented now.

Libtorrent natively supports i2p torrenting, this means all torrents clients that use libtorrent can support it automatically.

BiglyBT natively supports i2p

qBittorrent natively supports i2p

Tixati natively supports i2p torrenting.
