hey. when i click the websites in the channels list..i get a message telling me the page cannot be displayed( on ALL of the pages). when i go on internet explorer, however, the page loads. Also, when i find a torrent , i oopen it in BitComet, and it wont download…How do i fix these problems?
Most people simply don’t use the built-in minibrowser in BitComet. See the settings topic in the guides section for how to disable it. You can do all of your torrent finding/bookmarking/downloading in your normal browser, and be the happier for it.
i know i can search in explorer…but still…the torrents arent downloading at all…what do i do.
camcarv03: You have blocked BitComet in your firewall when it asked for connection. How to let BC get access depends of what firewall you have.
In my firewall it’s called: “Application Trust”, but that is different in other firewalls.
